When members of the island community pitch in to help, it makes everyone’s lives richer and more meaningful. The Island Food Pantry welcomes food drives sponsored by businesses, schools, organizations, and individuals. It’s fun for groups to challenge each other to see who can bring in the most grocery donations during a particular drive, and the satisfaction of knowing you’ve made a difference in the lives of others is priceless. This has been a banner week for the Island Food Pantry. With our shelves nearly bare The Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School National Honor Society delivered food from their drive. 74 students and teacher Carrie Fyler conducted the drive. Thanks for making lives better.
